Privacy,
briefly.
A booking stores your name, your phone number and the booking. Nothing else on the website records anything about you.
What a booking stores
- Your name, so the counter knows whose table it is.
- Your phone number, so we can ring you if something changes on our side.
- The booking itself: which table, the date, the start time and how long for.
- We keep it until your visit and for thirty days after, then it is deleted.
- Nobody outside the club sees it. It is not sold, shared or used for marketing.
There is no payment step. You pay at the counter when you finish, and no card details are ever asked for online.
What the website does not do
- No analytics. Nothing counts your visit.
- No advertising or tracking scripts, and no fingerprinting.
- No cookies beyond the one the booking needs to remember what you have filled in.
- No accounts, no sign-in, no newsletter.
- No third-party embeds that would load a tracker as a side effect. The map is a plain link out to Google Maps, which you choose to follow.
Asking for your details to be deleted
Email na.jaffrey@gmail.com or ring 0430 602 846 with the name the booking was under. We delete it the same day, and we can tell you what we held before we do.
Reviews and photographs
The reviews quoted on the website are from our Google listing, under the name Google shows and nothing else, and none of them is edited. The photographs of the room were taken by customers and published to the same listing. If you wrote a review or took a photograph that appears here and you would rather it did not, tell us and it comes down without argument.
Hosting
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages keeps ordinary request logs: an IP address, a timestamp, a page. That is how the web works rather than a choice we make. None of it is read, analysed or joined to a booking.
